Already a month into the NHL season and Brendan Shanahan is still skating on his own at the Rangers practice facility. With the New York Rangers deciding to move in a different direction Shanahan has decided to put himself on the market. Some teams that have already showed interest are the Philadelphia Flyers, St. Louis Blues, New Jersey Devils, and the Pittsburgh Penguins. Averaging about 30 goals and 30 assists a year, Shanahan’s services would be helpful to any team. As of right now, the rumor is the Flyers might be the first team to make an offer.
